All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We ship to the United States and internationally, including Europe, Canada, Australia, and many other countries. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
All orders are shipped from our US fulfillment center.
Please note that these are estimates and do not include fulfillment processing time. Additional delays may occur due to customs clearance for international orders.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at contact@awakenpeak.com. We will do our best to assist you, though we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your shipment directly on the carrier's website (USPS for US orders, FedEx for international orders).
